ESAC Presents “A Night with Y.O.U” to benefit Y.O.U. programming

The Evanston Social Action Council (ESAC) will host “An Evening with Y.O.U.” on Saturday, Nov. 23 from 8 – 11 p.m. at Loft 644 at 644 N. Orleans in Chicago to benefit Y.O.U. The night will feature two djs, live music by Diverse, a pop up art gallery featuring seven local artists, a silent auction, raffle, and photo booth.   Gourmet hors d’oeuvres will be provided by Under the Table and will feature chef Marcus Townsend. Guests will enjoy specialty beers, wines and cocktails.

Tickets are $50 each and can be bought through Brown Paper Tickets (http://www.brownpapertickets.com/event/467185). Tickets are limited and will not be sold at the door.

ESAC is a coalition of young professionals whose mission is to raise awareness about Y.O.U. throughout the Evanston and Chicago communities. Valerie Kahan, event chair for ESAC, said that the group hopes to engage hundreds and provide an unforgettable experience.

“In the past we’ve done wine tastings but this year we’re bumping it up and making it bigger,” Kahan said. “We hope to reach a whole new group of people and spread the word about Y.O.U. a bit further. With this event we hope to leave people with a night they’ll be talking about for a while.”

Sponsors include: A. Vision Chicago, Elitte Bartending School, Estrella Damm, Factio Magazine, Few Spirits, Great American Cheese Collection, Loft 644, Murphys Irish Stout, Picture Peace Photography, Tanta Chicago, XA The Experiental Agency, The Publican, Tiger Beer, Under the Table, and Wines for Humanity.
